Descrição da Vaga: Mission of the PositionAs Senior International Accountant, you will be working for Brazil, as well as the Global Accounting Team, contribute to share tasks such as reporting and data verification.With the support of external accountants, you will be responsible for analyzing, auditing and reconciling the financial statements and balance sheets to make the necessary adjustments resulting from the analysis.Key Responsibilities:Brazil Accountant– Review and approval of taxes: ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRRF, IRPJ, CSLL (it is not mandatory that the person is a tax specialist)– Miscellaneous provisions (e.g. contingencies)– Exchange variation– Ensure tax compliance– Financial Planning: analysis & preparation of financial reporting and presentation of financial results to Country Manager and Global CFOInternational Accountant– Carry out all the complete accounting processes, from accounting entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payables, accounts receivables, to deliver monthly financial reports to Senior Management– Consolidate financial reports to ensure global information for all the group’s companies– Prepare Cash Flows, to ensure that all the monthly obligations are met– Control of Tax calendar (payroll taxes, VAT, tax returns, among others), ensuring that they are submitted and paid before the due date and that they are declared correctlyQualifications:– Accessory obligations: DIRF, DCTF, SPED, IBGE– Excel and data analysis– QuickBooks– Knowledge of Payroll Taxes: INSS and FGTS– Transfer Pricing– English is mandatory (C1, C2)Experience (in years):5+ years of Accounting experienceRequired Studies:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
