We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to lead our projects from start to finish. Your mission will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget, while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.Reporting lines and key stakeholders:This role reports to the Group Account director.You will work closely with creative and productionRequirements

• Work directly with clients, agencies, internal teams, and other Hogarth offices.
• Manage small to medium-sized audiovisual projects from start to finish.
• Attend project kick-off and status meetings.
• Create budgets for audiovisual projects.
• Receive and check materials for quality.
• Set up projects in Jira and Fido for our production teams.
• Manage project risks.
• Fill out reports and analyze project data.
• Track project profitability.

soft skillsBe communicative, proactive, multi-tasking, dynamic, organized, with a critical eye, able to handle pressure, and detail-orientedtechnical skills

• Advanced English and Spanish for meetings, writing, and reading.
• Completed degree in Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Design or related field.
• Desirable experience in an advertising agency
• Experience with agile methodologies and prior knowledge of audiovisual production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
