Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What This Job InvolvesTranslate client’s business requirements and successfully deliver global occupancy planning utilizing firm and industry best practicesLead business partner on occupancy, space and move projects; serve as liaison between the client and all other affected resourcesExcellent communicator capable of delivering effective change management prior to, during and after a project processImplement a continuous improvement program for project deliveryPartner with Relocation Project Management and Facility Management teams to review and approve moves, develop migration plans and conduct facility audits;Build strong relationships with Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Demand Planning groups to gather top-down headcount and growth projectionsFoster relationships with Project management to review planning strategies that drive construction projects and support implementation of these projectsLeadership/Staff ManagementLead, manage, develop and may supervise a professional friendly, creative, energetic, and detail oriented team in the delivery of extraordinary eventsProvide excellent onboarding, training, and team buildingActively support an environment of teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal successParticipate in the individual performance management program and personal development planning for members of the teamAlign with facilities leadership team as a manager and act in a manager capacity for anything at the site/sAct as an ambassador for JLL, adopting and maintaining the firm’s core values of Teamwork, Ethics and ExcellenceSound like you? To apply you need to possess:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalentExperience in managing occupancy, space, move management, and change management processes across a broad geography in a remote and virtual environmentExpert level data analytical skills and mastery of Sheets and ExcelCritical thinking skill sets and the ability to tell a story through dataProficiency with Google suites and experience utilizing Slides and PowerpointExcellent communication skills including active listening, verbal, written and visual and the ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level.Ability to work independently, problem solve and navigate through ambiguityPossess proactive mindset and contribute as a senior leader of the occupancy planning teamExperience with implementing flex office, hoteling and alternative workplace solutions programs.Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture systemsCAFM system and AutoCAD experience is requiredProficiency in a range of information technology tools and platformsHighly organized and demonstrate high level of performance in project budgeting and schedulingFlexibility with work hours and travel as neededA JLL tem uma cultura diversa e inclusiva.
