Oversee various proposals, including Spare Parts, Field Service, Mods&Ups, Repairs, and Long-Term Contracts.How You’ll Make an Impact

• Work closely with Client Managers, Regional Sales and Marketing teams, Business Development teams, and Senior Leadership to align proposals with local and global strategies.
• Team Coordination: Manage virtual and physical proposal teams, coordinating meetings and
• fostering team collaboration.
• Strategy and Content Development: Facilitate proposal strategy sessions and develop necessary proposal documentation to win bids.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality and compliance in services, overseeing the development of proposal-specific graphics.
• Knowledge Management: Manage proposal-specific content in Salesforce, SharePoint, and MS Teams, creating and maintaining high-quality templates and process documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and past performance data to improve the proposal process. Stay updated on tools and guidelines, ensuring proposals follow them.
