In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Acting as a facilitator with continuous improvement teams in all areas of the company (industrial and forestry), supporting the areas in their execution.• Support the leadership of the areas to analyze data and indicators, seeking to identify and select the best opportunities for improvement.• Participate in the planning, organization and control of workflows for improvement and 5S projects;• Support the areas in the analysis of indicators, root cause analysis and in the preparation of action plans.• Conduct training on quality tools (PDCA, Histogram, Fishbone, 5 Whys, Pareto, Fault Tree Analyzes, FMEA) for members of improvement teams, contributing to the formation of cross-functional teams;• Acting in the training of implementation teams, facilitators, auditors and other employees necessary for the implementation and maintenance of the 5S program;• Acting in the planning, implementation and monitoring of the 5S program in the Productive areas;• Ensure compliance with maintenance actions related to continuous improvement projects and 5S, providing support to the operational implementation team in the collection and management of pending issues.• Prepare management reports and presentations (in English) of improvement and 5S project indicators.• Support the SIG team in activities related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and CERFLOR certification when necessary.• Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the area’s requirements and standards correspond to the system adopted by the company.Disclaimer:When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
