In this role, the scientist will lead cutting-edge research to develop new soybean varieties that address the challenges faced by modern agriculture. You will utilize advanced breeding techniques and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure our soybean varieties are high-yielding, disease-resistant, and suitable for diverse growing conditions. This position involves leveraging genetic and phenotypic data to drive the breeding process, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of farmers while promoting sustainable farming practices.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:Design, develop, implement, and execute the technical strategy necessary for product development, from SC2 to PCM4 yield trial testing through commercialization.
