• Responsibilities:Provide technical support for IoT devices and embedded systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in Linux-based embedded systems and other platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of IoT devices in various environments.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in IoT and embedded systems.
• Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and IoT communication standards (e.
• g.
• , DHCP, HTTP, MQTT, CoAP).
• Experience with programming / scripting languages such as Perl, Python, shell scripts or similar.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as curl, strace, gdb, tcpdump, wireshark.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience in embedded systems support, particularly in the IoT domain.
• Familiarity with other embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Experience with IoT platforms and cloud services (e.

• Experience with C/C++ programming language.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for embedded systems.
