• As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in pioneering the integration of modern AI capabilities, actively shaping the infusion of Generative AI features right from the beginning. This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact and be part of a groundbreaking journey.
• Take ownership of the entire development process, from designing and implementing user-friendly UIs to developing robust back-end functionalities and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP products.

YOUR PROFILEOur ongoing expansion relies on the expertise of individuals who possess diverse skills, knowledge, and backgrounds. We are currently seeking a candidate who possesses the following skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer.
• Graduate studies in the field of computer science or related areas. Bachelor’s or master’s degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in leading projects and parts of projects on own responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new areas of knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds in an international environment to ensure team success.
• Strong understanding of the whole software development life cycle (from requirements gathering to delivery and support) and its methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues leveraging technical and product skills.
• Knowledge of SAP solutions for Logistics processes (MM or SD), particularly in the context of Brazilian and/or LAC countries localization, is a plus.
• Knowledge of Industry Specific is a plus.
• Knowledge of ABAP development is a must and ABAP OO.
• Proficiency in process and data modeling.
• Familiarity with design patterns, Clean Code, Continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), Code review and Test-driven development (TDD) is desired.
• Knowledge of software quality assurance and test methodologies, including unit testing and integration testing.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience in the Software Development industry.
• It is highly valued previous experience with SCRUM and LEAN methodologies.
